Megan Hornung (Women's Personal Trainer)

Megan is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She graduated will be from Boise State University with a degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science in December of 2008.

As a trainer, Megan believes it is very important to develop a program for every client reflecting their personal health needs and goals. Whether it is starting or maintaining an exercise program, her goals are to motivate and excite every client about exercising and reaching goals. Her style of training uses a large variety of exercises to avoid boredom, including free weights, exercise balls, medicine balls, resistance bands, Bulgarian bags, and heavy bags. She believes that high intensity is the key to weight loss and this will be met with a multi-muscle group exercise style. She wants to help you get as much out of a workout as possible. High intensity training burns the most calories and fat, so therefore getting you into the fat-burning zone is her goal to help you reach your goals faster.
